If you have not ever had acne, you must have come across a few people who really suffer from it. I do not mean the regular blackhead, or small freckles scattered all over their features; no, I speak of people who really suffer from it, with zits on their backs, necks, shoulders and even chest. I don’t know how they live with it, but I doubt that I could. All I can say to them is, ‘keep up the good fight.’ It’s possible to deal with zits, if you’ve access to the right information.
Walk into just about any store nowadays, and you are bound to come across loads of labels that claim they may heal zits. Well, possibly a few of them may actually make the complaint better, but healing acne totally usually takes a lot more work. Do not be shy to ask which one is good for your skin type from the store clerk.
Some people who suffer from zits dislike the complaint so much that it starts to impact on them them psychologically. Some of them in reality get the ‘ugly duckling’ feeling and mentality from the time that they were young, and they never quite outgrew it. You might think it’s stupid, but it is true, which is why you should never make a jest of people who already suffer from the disease.
Zits may happen to just about anyone in any stage of life, all the same it is most common in kids who are just growing into the pubescence stage of their lives. In adolescents, it often results from changes in the hormones in their bodies as they become mature. This causes the said hormones to stimulate sebum production. And when this gets too much for the skin to handle, you start to see the freckles and spots that signal the arrival of the condition.
