People have suffered from zits for as far back in history as you want to even think. Rather than feel singled out by the complaint for your sins or those of your dads, you may feel pride at such a kinship with great ancestral figures. This is significant because the way you feel about the complaint will help in the treatment process. Instead of being gloomy about your acne, you should be in the right frame of mind to fight and solve it.
